www.JesusBranded.com - A place where they offer amazing designs, spiritual insightfulness, and engaging perspectives by designer and the public.

A good friend of mine, Sam Franada, who is also the Creative Director of JesusBranded, has to be at the top of my list for originality, transparency, and lacing it with a spiritual depth where it will leave you pondering for days. I follow a few blogs of artists who like to showcase their work, but I’m continually amazed at the work that Sam produces. I had the chance to work with Sam because he designed my latest album, The Veil. Working with him was a real treat. It’s refreshing to come across artists that stand by the originality of their work when culture tells you to “sell out”.

JesusBranded has a new project out called “unpackaging christianity one layer at a time”. They release a t-shirt every Tuesday and Thursday as the public only has 48 hours to purchase and after that, they’re gone forever. Not only can you enjoy the refreshing uniqueness of these designs, you can also read about the heart behind it and engage in discussions with Sam and the public.

I encourage you to check out my friend Sam Franada at www.JesusBranded.com and support the cause and join the discussions. If you are in need of a designer that will not disappoint you, shoot Sam an email.

Unpackaging Christianity

JesusBranded aims to continually investigate the possible existing differences between Christianity as an organized religion and a personal relationship with Jesus. During the course of this honest examination of Christianity we hope to distinguish between the empty and the reverent if and where it can be found manifesting itself in this modern era of Christianity, and in doing so begin to emphasize the freedom and the life that’s found within the individual expressions of a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, however different they may be from one person to another. We desire to become more aware of the possible disfunction that may arise from simply accepting a secondhand version of someone else’s relationship with God, while at the same time becoming more joyfully aware of God’s unique design of the many different ways we understand Him. We hope to hit a balance between introducing fresh perspectives on truth and exposing possible misinterpretations so that we can move closer towards unwrapping Jesus from all the constraints man’s limited understandings have covered him in. Through the effort of unpackaging Christianity, we hope to become people branded not necessarily by a denomination, a modern church, or a new social movement, but instead branded by Jesus and our unique and personal relationships with him.
